Moving on

This is my last week at NOC San Pedro before I move to NOC Carson. It’s been three years since I started there [SP] and it sure has gone by fast. I’d love to stay in SP but given the current conditions at work and a “the grass is greener on the other side” feel in Carson, it’s time to move on.

A lot was learned and I appreciate all the experiences, good and bad, that I’ve had in SP. The first herd of engineers, IR&Ds, San Diego, Melbourne, the lunch crew, the ice box, product owner, all that and more, all good memories.

The one thing that I will really miss though are the people. They have been some of the greatest people ever known to man that I have met and I’m lucky enough to call them my friends. How sappy, I know.

This is an ending, not the end, of my life at NOC. Monday we begin a new.
