In the greatest pairing since Al Pacino and Robert Deniro in Heat, Jet Li and Jackie Chan come together in a kung fu supernova movie called the Forbidden Kingdom. The movie exceeded our expectations, partially because Vik battered them by telling us that the movie wasn’t very fresh on Rotten Tomato, but also because the movie put an interesting twist in the beginning. I certainly didn’t expect it, and you couldn’t tell from the trailers. The fight scenes were also awesome, and Jackie Chan’s comedic engrish delivery was on par, if not better than it was in Rush Hour. “Empty the cup”, LOL. Watch the movie and you’ll know what I mean. Hilarity. FK is a great movie to watch if you’re looking to be entertained. 4 out of 5.
